Our take
I picked up the Traktor Kontrol S4 MK2 with the case bundle, and it's a solid setup for the price. The build feels sturdy, and having 4 channels plus 16 pads gives plenty of room for creative mixing. The effects library is extensive—everything from delay to robot—which lets me shape the sound exactly how I want. That said, the included case is a nice bonus for transport, but the controller itself is a bit large for cramped spaces. The 24-bit/96kHz audio is crisp, but I wish the warranty were included. Overall, a capable controller for serious Traktor users.
